The mission of SCCC Women’s Ministry is to create a nurturing and encouraging environment that reaches women in every walk of life: forming women who intentionally pursue genuine relationships with Jesus and one another while making disciples who make disciples.
Women’s fellowship offers a backbone of encouragement to the body of Christ. Through meeting together for prayer, fun, sharing and bible study, we all become better equipped to support our families and one another by opening ourselves up to allow the Holy Spirit to do its work within us.
Do you have an informal get-together that you would like to share with your sisters in Christ? List your event on the Stone Creek Christian Church Women’s Ministry Facebook page.
Classes & Bible Studies
Women’s Monday Evening Bible Study – 6:30-8:30 PM at Stone Creek’s 213 location
Starting Monday, January 21st!
The Church in Babylon: Heeding the call to be a Light in Darkness
Like the Israelites in Babylon, we must find a way to maintain our faith in the midst of a pagan culture. But that requires we answer two crucial questions:
How did we get here?
How do we prepare for the dark and difficult days ahead?
In The Church in Babylon, Dr. Lutzer answers both of these questions. He will walk you through the many parallels between the church in America and God’s people in Babylon, and embolden you to be a gospel witness. As you work through the book, you’ll be encouraged not to compromise your faith even when under constant pressure from all corners of society. And more than all this you will have a fresh encounter with Jesus Christ, as you delve into the biblical role of those in exile.
All women are welcome to join in this study whether you are a new Christian or a life-long learner of the Bible. Please join us and bring a friend!
Women’s Thursday AM Bible Study – 9:30-11:30 AM at Stone Creek’s 213 location
Starting with an introductory meeting on Thursday, January 10th!
Believing God: Experiencing a Fresh Explosion of Faith by Beth Moore
This Bible Study draws from the “Heroes of the Faith” in Hebrews 11, examining the lives of Abraham, Moses and others who believed God. Through their examples, Beth explores what it means to know and truly believe God as described in Isaiah 43:10 and encourages women to deepen their own trust in God and receive a fresh word from Him.
This powerful study will lead participants to a more active, living faith…one that begins with…believing God.
Books for this study will be available for purchase at the introductory meeting.

Hebrews 13:20-21 (NIV)
May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing His will and may He work in us what is pleasant to Him through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
