Don Hunt

Don was raised in the Christian Church, as a child in Hermiston, and later as a youth in Coburg.  As a young adult, Don spent 18 years in LA learning about the world and attending no church. On Easter Sunday in 1983, Don brought his family to Beavercreek Christian Church (now Stone Creek), and has been here ever since. He has served in various ministries - primarily finance, worship, and education - and has also served as head of the evangelism ministry for a number of years.  Don has been an elder for approximately 20 years.

Don's passion is making the church what God would have it be: A body devoted to winning the lost to him and nurturing those who come. Don puts his faith in the Lord to lead him, relying on God and praying for His guidance. "We need to remember that this is His doing, not ours; and continue following Him."
